House Sitter in San Diego, California

Our names are Rick and Kim Penley from Hickory, NC. I retired with 30 yrs from Catawba County schools, Hickory, NC, June 2015. My husband is retired from the furniture industry. We are currently house sitting in San Diego, CA for a couple that travels to France for several months each year. This is our second year house sitting for them. Our oldest son is currently stationed in San Diego. He is a Naval Officer. Another one of our sons is stationed in Oxnard, CA where his is a Navy pilot. House sitting in San Diego the past two years has given us an opportunity to have visits with them. We have rented out home in Hickory until the end of the year, so we are looking for other house sitting opportunities until then. We are available to house sit in the Southern Calf region or any of the east coast states. We do have two small ShiTzu dogs that travel with us. We can supply references and a complete crimal background check. We are both non-smokers. I can promise that we will take excellent care of your home and pets while you are away. My husband is excellent at furniture repair and refinishing, as well as home repair projects. We also are able to do lawn care. I am an extremely good house cleaner and organizer.
