House Sitter in Sandpoint, Idaho

Retired young 60's couple looking to housesit in the Sandpoint area in basically the winter months, ie: Nov thru Mar, but flexible somewhat on those dates as well. Have family in the Sandpoint area and would like to spend our winters there. We spend our summers in Crawford Bay, BC-2 hours north of Sandpoint. We have been housesitting since 2009 for snowbirds in Alberta and now, because our kids moved to Sandpoint, we would like to find a long-term situation there. We are both very responsible, clean, non-smoking and have no pets. Darrell is a maintenance man extraordinaire and ran his own business doing warranty work on furniture from many high end manufacturers as well as the Bay and Sears. Paula has worked in many fields such as medical stenographer, teacher, and financial services. Both of us like to snowshoe and Darrell still skis at Schweitzer with his grandchildren.
