House Sitter in Castro Valley, California

I am a single, retired firefighter looking for part time duty as a home and/or pet sitter for short periods of time. I am a San Leandro native and will consider opportunities within the East Bay community. I've been blessed to have had a wonderful German shepherd in prior years and believe I can interact well with a family's reasonably trained dog. As a home owner and former real estate investor, I've had considerable exposure to home system issues and emergencies should they arise while on my watch.
