Rest easy, as I can perform simple services such as gathering mail and papers, turning lights on and off, moving a car in the driveway, pet sitting, and taking trash containers to the curb and returning them make a house look occupied, and any other tasks you need completed while you're away from home. Your house, your rules. I will follow specific instructions from you about handling the house in your absence. Security and safety is number one priority. I will perform appropriate lockdown services at the end of the day by securing windows and doors, setting up your alarm and security systems. Forgot to run the dishwasher? No worries, I will perform light cleaning and maintenance activities such as sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, laundry, changing out light bulbs, etc, just add it to the list! A special turndown service can be requested as well. Alright, where are the tools? I can handle light grounds keeping duties to include mowing, watering your plants, move your plants in and out of the sunlight per your instructions. Ding-Dong! I will ensure that any mail is sorted and filed, any important mail parcels will be forwarded to you, answer telephones, doorbells, accept packages. Who's a good boy/girl? If you have pets, not a problem! I will ensure that your furry/feathered/scaly loved ones are feed, groomed, bathed, and taken to veterinary appointments as instructed.
