House Sitter in Kannapolis, North Carolina

I am looking to be a house sitter only. My requirements are to 1. make sure the home is okay. 2. I would water the plants if needed. 3. I would get the mail in. I had a friend in 2007 that was moving to New Zealand with her husband and she asked me to check on her condominium three times a week and make sure the front yard looked good for potential buyers. 4. I would do basic yard work if needed. 5. i would do basic cleaning inside if needed.
