My responsibilities included, G/L Insurance manager, Litigation manager and escalation/resolution manager. Qualifications include:
* Perform minor house cleaning and maintenance duties of home;
* Love feeding/caring for pets;
* Indoor plant care;
* Take out trash/recyclables;
* Landscaping is a hobby of mine.Would enjoy managing property such as mowing/watering plants;
* Take and record special instructions from homeowners regarding care of their home; and
* Ascertain that home is properly locked down at the end of the day by securing windows and doors.
