Very responsible, conscientious, mature adult woman (age 49) will check in on your house while you're away in exchange for a place to sleep 2-3 days per week. I am a night shift nurse at Kootenai Health but live in Sandpoint, so I need a place to stay and sleep during my nights on. I would be able to collect mail, water plants, and generally check on the well being of the house, handling any maintenance issues while owners are away. I am a stable homeowner in Sandpoint with house sitting experience and can provide adequate references.
