I received my bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Currently, I reside in Naperville, IL with full time work, in Westchester, IL, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. I am a vibrant and reliable individual with over 3 years of experience handling house sitting activities for small and large homes. Throughout my final years of college, I have house sat for individuals on both a one time and continuous basis. I am a quick learner dedicated to getting the job done. Qualifications: I pride myself on being an attentive house sitter with the following qualifications: • Taking and recording instructions from home owners regarding overseeing their houses. • Asking questions to clarify and determine exactly how home owners would like their homes to be cared for. • Occupying houses while owners are away and handle the general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior. • Performing cleaning, vacuuming and dusting duties as needed. Keeping in mind specific instructions from the owners. • Handling / overseeing scheduled repair and maintenance work while homeowners are away. • Answering telephones and doorbells and providing information asked for, keeping in mind the confidentiality agreement with owners. • Filing incoming mail while ensuring that any instructions for mail forwarding is followed. • Knowledge of meeting the basic needs of house pets, including feeding, bathing and veterinary appointments. • Thoroughly inspecting the house several times to ensure that no intrusion is possible or evident. • Make certain that the house is properly locked down at the end of the day. • Set up and monitor security systems and alarms and inform authorities at any sign of intrusion.
