House Sitter in Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm a 24-year-old college student studying Elementary Education at CSN. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing, thrifting, exercising (seriously… I like walking), watching movies, & listening to music. House sitting for you, I'm willing to working both early mornings & late nights; don't be afraid to ask me to work weekends or holidays, either! If need be, I can stay overnight. I take pride in my work & because of that, I can assure you I'll treat your home as I would my own. You won't have to worry about me in the home doing anything I'm not supposed to be doing or going through your things unnecessarily. I'm a very discreet personal naturally & am not the type to text all my friends about your possessions or anything of importance I'm entrusted with. Services I provide for you include feeding, walking, & tending to pets such as rodents, fish, cats, & dogs. I personally have two Miniature Dachshunds & a Pit Bull so small & large dog breeds aren't an issue for me. Of course, that includes the "bully" breeds! Special note: pets requiring medication are not an issue. I will also collect & organize mail/newspapers, light chores around the house, watering plants/trees, & anything else asked of me. While I do take direction well & will follow instructions perfectly, I'm someone who takes initiative & doesn't have to be asked to do something. For example, if your trashcans are left on the curb, I'll place them back inside the garage or on the side of the house or do a walkthrough to ensure the windows & doors are shut & locked—even if I looked the day before. I'm naturally a cautious & safe girl, so you can expect me to treat your home with the same respect. I'm always willing to listen & won't ever making you feel you're asking too much of me or that your needs are a burden to me. Remember I'm as friendly as I am professional & you'll find that I'm very approachable. I'm here to help you! If you're nitpicky or particular about something or want something done a specific way, let me know that & I'll accommodate! Don't be afraid to ask/tell me to do something for you because that's what I'm here for. Should you choose me as your house sitter, you always have the options to text message or call me for any reason whatsoever—it can be anything from telling me to wait for a package to arrive to record your favorite show on one of the televisions; again, you're never bothering me & communication is welcome!
