The wife and I have known Mike for approx. 15 years. During this time he has gone from a guy down the street to one of our very best friends. We are a bit conservative and tend to be cautious about who we call "friend". Mike has proven himself many times over to be a person of commitment, honor and sound moral conviction. Trust has never been an issue with Mike. My wife is very good at reading people and has said from early on that I would find Mike to be a true and loyal friend - she was right. He has stayed in our home and we have travelled together - and you don't do that with just anyone. We have NO problem recommending Mike C for house sitting, dog sitting, car sitting, yacht sitting, etc. We feel very confident and comfortable saying "Your property, whatever it may be, will be in excellent hands".

I've known Mike for 3 years as a client and as a friend. He is kind, caring, patient, and a man of his word. My husband and I would have no problem entrusting our home and it's contents to Mike's watchful eye.
