House Sitter in Montrose, California

Non-smoking, non-medicinal, available for full or part time house and pet care. I am regularly employed as a senior front end developer, with all work focused in the LA area. Basically, I build websites for companies. Have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, fish (marine and fresh), dwarf hamsters. Have had experience with birds as well, namely finches, lovebirds, and hawks. My dad was a falconer, and a conservationist, and through that I was exposed to many facets of animal husbandry. I live in Montrose, just on the north edge of Glendale. When communicating with clients, all avenues are available: phone, text, email, and zoom/skype/facetime. My personal needs are minimal, as I approach life with the mantra, "less is more". I try to re-use, recycle, and recover as much usable material as possible in my own home. I have enjoyed caring for other people's properties, pets, and assets throughout the years, and I have also had people do the same for me. Maintaining someone else's personal space with respect and care is something I value immensely.
