I am 55 and have just separated. Having a place to stay would work very well for me, and I would not take any payment. I'm happy to look after your pets - I've had 5 cats and 2 dogs over my life. I work full time, so would not be able to be home during the day. I would also take care of plants, mail, garbage and whatever else is needed.
