8 years experience as Building Managers my husband and i are presently semi-retired. Emergency plan of action is something we are very familiar with on a daily basis. Water, fire, plumbing and electrical issues all easily identified. Snow removal , mail retrieval, garbage and recycling plus security systems are all part of a routine we are very familiar with. We love animals and would be open to caring for as well. We are good solid citizens of this world and would have no difficulty supplying you with solid personal references as needed.
