I worked with Quinn Fullmer for many years, I forget exactly but over 5. During that time I observed first class interaction with our tenants and patients. He was helpful and friendly to everyone weather helping a lost Sr. citizen find their Dr. or assisting a Dr move delicate equipment to their home. He was always on time and quick to respond all hours of the night to emergency situations, and even non emergency situations most people would put off until their next shift he would come in to remedy the problem just for the convince of the tenant. He is curious and a fast learner, always looking for ways to improve his skill set so he can become a more valuable asset. He has knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC. He excels in computer skills, janitorial duties; including hard floor care, carpet cleaning, equipment repair, preventative maintenance of both equipment and surfaces. During his time here he reduced our janitorial supply budget by 25% in a year, implemented yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly cleaning programs. He is also a very capable employee and subcontractor manager, employee turnover during his management tenure was almost non existent. I met with him daily and with his staff quarterly and rarely did I need to intervene in any situation either with his employees or how he carried out his duties. Because of his nature he constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty, his internal drive to do the best job possible and his work ethic may have done him a disservice here at the plaza because its now only after he is gone are the effects being noticed of all the extra duties he was undertaking that are now needing attention and we don't have anyone on staff that combined the knowledge, drive, and selflessness Quinn brought to our organization. If our budget was not being squeezed as it is I would bring him back for he exemplified everything a class A medical office building needs to maintain the highest standards.
