House Sitter in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Born and raised New Yorker and moved to Va. Beach when my husband got stationed here last year. (He's in the Navy). My former career was drafting laws for the NYS Legislature. I did a career change when my husband got orders to move and decided to pursue law school. Currently studying for the LSAT so I can apply; hence a very flexible schedule! In college, I used to house, pet and garden sit a lot for upstate families when I was at home and for NYC families when I was at NYU. I love all fur babies, cats and dogs alike -- from laid back Tabbies to rambunctious n' vocal Siamese cats, and from yappy Malteses to playful Labs and Great Danes. I'm especially partial to Sharpeis, the wrinkly dogs, as I've owned five of them growing up. Sharpeis have very distinct personalities; they can be stubborn, have separation anxiety or medical issues. What I've learned from "peis" is that every pet can have a special personality or needs that require extra lovin'. I'm deeply respectful of that and will make sure they keep up their routine while you're away! Applies to plant babies as well :)
