I am a recent college grad and I am working right now. I have been watching homes since high school. I have watched homes for friends, family, teachers, and random people. I have watched apartments, homes, farms (I have horses and a lot of animals and have been a barn manager), and large properties. I am trust worthy and can provide references. I just love watching people homes, and I am open to staying in the home if that makes my clients happy. I will also clean, get the mail, yard work, and animal care (including farm work).
