House Sitter in Waxhaw, North Carolina

Retired after fifty years of continous work mostly in a management position. Physically fit for my age. I mow my lawn 100'×300' with a push mower. Mechanically inclined able to do or figure out problems that need attention. Familiar with the operation of both saltwater and nonsaltwater pools. Owner built three homes remodeled two. I have a tremendous amount of respect for someone's home knowning what it is being a homeowner myself. Over the years partly due to my job I have been in the homes of Perry Como, Burt Reynolds, Jack Nicolas, Zsa Zsa Gabor. Michael Butler and more. I'm at a point in my life where I might be retired but I'm still able to be productive and I don't want to sit around the house. There is no doubt in my mind that my house sitting ability would be beneficial to anyone needing my services.
