I am a former EMT who began house/pet sitting as I was transitioning out of my career field. I realized that caring for someone's pet was as rewarding as caring for someone's loved one. I will provide companionship and a sense of safety to your pet when you cannot be there and hopefully this will give you peace of mind while you are away.Ultimately I strive to continue your pet's regular routine as normal in while you are away, by staying on their schedule, and providing walks, playtime, and regular interaction. I will be respectful to your home and honor your privacy. I will water plants, feed fish, do basic pool maintenance, take out garbage/recycling, keep things neat and clean inside and outside, and most importantly I will keep your home secure at all times. I have a multitude of experience with elderly pets or those who have specific needs due to illness, anxiety issues, specific exercise requirements, special diets, etc. If an unexpected situation were to arise, I have sound judgement and critical thinking skills. I can provide short stays and extended stays and I am flexible with rates based on length of stay. I am willing to travel out of state if needed for long term stays.
