Hi there! I’m Kyle. I am an experienced house and pet sitter who is reliable, honest, quiet and safe. I have house sit for friends and family for years, since I was 16. At age 24, I once had a landlord entrust me with collecting rent money from a house I was living in and pay his bills while he was on vacation for 2 months, I took responsibility and made sure rent was paid, deposited in his bank account and his personal bills were paid as well, all without a hitch. I have house sit for friends that also ran an Airbnb in their basement and was not only responsible for the day to day supervision of their home but making sure that guests in the Airbnb were taken care of. I have taken care of cats and dogs (I have 2 cats of my own, who will stay at home with my roomates) and even birds, fish and plants too! I work full-time and am very responsible and can easily follow any instructions and rules given to me from a home owner. My prices are cheap only because I consider house-sitting a vacation into itself, getting out of my place and enjoying some quiet time to myself.
