owning my own second home I know what is expected from a housesitter. My goal is to have the home appear and function as if you were
there full time. Routine on and off of different lights etc..changing position of vehicles if necessary, collection of mail and packages is a must
for security. Being available 24 hours by cell in case of an alarm tripping etc... Supervise yard maintenance to make sure the home looks
occupied and cared for. Check to see pool is being maintained as well as a.c./plumbing/electrical is al running efficiently.Security is of the utmost importance, also giving the owner peace of mind to know when they do return home, they will find the home in top running condition.
