As a single guy with no kids or pets or property of my own, I have been the go-to house sitter for a lot of people I know. Originally only helping out family from time to time, I've since been recommended to a number of people and had the opportunity to care for their homes while they're away. I'm very comfortable with dogs and cats, and am aware of common dietary and care practices. I understand how important out animals can become to us, and will make every effort to look after your pets as if they were my own. I have a basic of understanding of household maintenance and upkeep, and I'm comfortable handling any unforseen home repair issues that could potentially arise. I'm also quite familiar with home electronics and entertainment systems. In the past I've been able to offer home DVR services, like setting a show or broadcast event to record ahead of time for your convenience when you get home. This is of course assuming you have a DVR-enabled device. Overall, I'm confident that I can say that if you place your home in my care, I will make every effort to keep your affairs protected and running smoothly until you get home.
