House Sitter in Austin, Texas

My name is Lindsey and I will be re-locating to Austin this June after five years of teaching in Houston. I'd love to try house-sitting for folks across the Austin area since I'm trying to decide where to sink my roots for the next few years. I’ve been the go-to house-sitter for my family and friends because I am quiet, tidy, responsible, and a big animal-lover. My favorite experience was sitting for a family in the Texas hill country with 3 giant bluetick coonhounds. We spent the mornings going on walks around the property and the evenings curled up on the porch with a book for me and bones for them. I am happy to take care of the typical tasks of house-sitting such as collecting the mail, feeding and caring for pets, watering plants, and taking out trash; I'll also take on other jobs such as applying flea medication, organizing the pantry, decorating for a surprise party, or whatever else you can think of.
