House Sitter in Vancouver, Washington

While living in Pendleton OR I routinely housesat for two clients for week-end to month long absences. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to temporarily care for and caudle pets and large livestock since my living quarters were not amenable to pets. Having been a small acreage farmer/gardener in the past, I love to take care of yard/garden concerns; also am comfortable with special medical needs for aging animals. I love to walk so need little coaxing to take the dog for an exhilirating walk. My background in apartment maintenance gives me confidence in recognizing issues should they arise during the homeowner's absence and with their consent either repairing it myself or arranging for professional assistance.
