Experience in raising a large family while managing the home was the training ground for excellence in House Management. My outside career in Administration (banking, healthcare and the Judicial System of FL) honed special skills in "Organizational Management." Hobbies of reading and creativity have helped to ground my focus. Rest assured Your Home will be safe with me while the family is away on vacation or business! Your home , Pets and Plants will receive TLC and you can Travel with Peace of Mind. I will keep the house clean, change the cat litter daily, take the dog for a walk, feed the pets and bring in the daily mail. If desired, I can sort through important and junk mail for your office at home, while caring for the plants. If a stay-over is necessary, the beds will be changed and sheets changed by your standard and washed/dryed along with soiled linens as needed. I would bring my own food, and sometimes do light cooking for self (BLT sandwiches) and for pets. If the home is energy efficient, I would maintain routines with lights and water being turned off/on as needed for security and safety. No one will know you're even away! The trash and recycle bins will be taken out and returned on scheduled days! If Security System used, it will be secured upon entering/leaving. Extra experience and References Upon Request as a House Manager for a family of six, which involved picking up children from school and transporting to activities away from home and returning them home. If there was a grocery list, I would purchase on credit card and begin dinner for family before leaving. Today, I focus more on House Sitting, with an occasional small child or infant to care for, as I still have grands of my own. As a team leader for youth organization (TMI) during summer months for 5 years, I managed teams traveling abroad, shopped for groceries, planned and delegated help to prepare meals, wrote reports to Home Office bi-weekly, assisted with first-aid as needed, taught classes, and kept goals to complete projects as a unified Team. As a Christian, I believe it is important to be reliable, honest and trustworthy in character and duties. My faith is a way of life that all things are measured and I implement that in whatever I do, with love and care as though it were my own property and family I am accountable to. Being able to carry out instructions is important for owner's satisfaction. I prefer an upscale neighborhood with a gated community and/or security for personal reasons. Perhaps facing the river on one side of the dwelling in lieu of a gated-community. There are many homes near me like this on the St Johns River in Arlington area. I prefer to work near home to avoid heavy traffic times of travel. If it gets dark early, I would stay-over.
