Hi there- My name is Donna and I a home owner and Landlord in Upstate NY looking to spend some time this winter in beautiful St Pete. I own a consulting and design business that let's me work from my computer, so I am able to travel in the cold winter months! I have friends and professional colleagues in town and can provide excellent references. I love animals and I also always travel with my fix-it tool kit, so your pets and your home will be safe with me. I do have a special side-kick who goes everywhere with me, so you would have to allow my Boarder/Pom mix Zoey to help me watch your house! She is very well-behaved, has all shots, fully house trained and loves other dogs and cats. My availability is flexible from January through May and I am looking for a long trem situation if at all open. Description of Skills: I am happy to help with plant watering, pet and animal care, and light landscaping. I have personal transportation and I have extensive experience in carpentry, design, event planning, construction, painting, dog training, real estate and property management.
