When I am in your home and around your neighborhood I will create a positive, respectful, and noticeable presence, while keeping your home just as clean and tidy as you'd left it. I live in NYC, but I am very familiar with the West End neighborhood of Long Beach and I adore spending time there. I now have a bunch of lovely lasting friendships with people I've met while visiting and home sitting in the West End. Even though I've mostly spent a just few days at a time here and there (on and off during the off-season months, with the occasional week plus stay) - In the past four years, I've made many memories and feel quite at home in Long Beach. Snowbird? ... well, I really love off-season in Long Beach! (especially late fall and late winter). If you are simply looking for someone to check on, and stay at, your home for a few days here and there during off season - I might be the perfect person! My preferred situation is just that ; to pop in for a few days or so (1-3 times a month at my convenience), to create a positive presence, light dust, and check up on things -in simple exchange for relaxation time in your Long Beach home or apartment.
