Good afternoon, My name is Richard and I used to work for a privately owned property management company as their property maintence supervisor where my duties include washing the properties windows in foyers, sweeping the driveways and sidewalks of debris, checking mail and bringing in newspapers vacuuming stairwells, trash details on the appointed days, light maintenance work for the residents and taking care of all landscaping for all properties. All together I was a one man crew for 7 properties throughout San Francisco.
