Your home is my home while you’re away. I want to live there as lovingly and carefully as you do. That’s my promise to you. I would be honored to be invited to look after your home, and would take the responsibility seriously. My view of house sitting is one of learning. Learning how you live differently than I – or the same! I love learning the rhythm of your surrounding community through extended contact. I'm looking forward to getting to know you – and helping you feel secure in knowing your home is in good hands. I'm a college student at San Francisco State University, currently pursuing a degree in film. I'm from the Bay Area and would like to stay closer to the bay this summer instead of going home all summer (a few hours away). This summer I'm working on a project with a great friend: we are in the process of creating an online magazine focused on young creatives/young people with neat stories, particularly in the Bay Area. So this summer I would like to stay out here so I can go do interviews and shoots without a long commute - plus, I just love being in the Bay Area! Growing up my mother taught me many important lessons which have grown into healthy living habits (which I didn't quite appreciate as a child - ha ha!) I'm very clean and organized - everything in my room has a place and I always keep it that way. I'm very much an animal person! I've grown up with 3 dogs at home so I've had 10 years of experience with dogs, and I love cats (I would have my own but I'm the only one in my family who is not allergic). I'm also certified on Wag! I've been babysitting/nannying since I was 13. I've taken care of children from 0-12 . Years of babysitting has taught me to be more loving, nurturing, professional, educated, a better communicator, honest, respectful, and safety-conscious. During high school I worked at Mr. Pickles Sandwich Shop where I learned interpersonal skills, respectful working relationships with management and team members, strong customer service, and the ability to work well and keep calm under pressure.
