Hello, my name is Richard Nichols and I have house sat for friends, family and clients dozens of times throughout my adult life. I'm friendly, mature, healthy and clean. I thoroughly enjoy helping others when and how I can, including looking after their home when the need arises. I love spending time at home and will take care of your home as I do my own. Whether a hotel room or guesthouse, a visit with friends or family or a house sitting gig, I always aim to leave the space I have occupied in as good or better condition than when I arrived. I'm an animal lover and am very good at looking after pets, in fact most people I've house sat for have required looking after cats and/or dogs. I'm a home gardener and enjoy taking care of plants, yards, landscaping, etc. I have been teaching yoga for 17 years and am also a professional chef. The kitchen is my favorite room in any home and I will surely spend a lot of time creating in yours while you are away.
