House Sitter in Eagle (Township), Michigan

I have 10 plus years of house sitting, and taking care of pets, often staying overnight. I’m available, depending on the needs, part time and even full time. I am 50 years old and have come back to Michigan to assist my mother with her hobby farm and at times helping her with health related issues. I’d be happy to help you so that you can feel worry free while you are away. I can provide you with a couple of references, since I house/pet sit for people on a regular basis. Most of my career I've spent a good amount of time dedicated to understanding best practices for reaching higher performance levels. 15 years employed by a large company and 15 years continuing work with large companies, but as an International Training Consultant - or sole proprietor. For most of the 30 years I've worked full-time and/or from project to project where I've been certified to help develop individuals, teams and leaders to improve their performance, by delivering researched best practices in B2B projects, Retail sales, Leadership and best practices in how to evaluate and understand how to better assess the performance of their employees and how to put a plan together to coach them to high performers. As I'm looking to shift my focus from pure business and working only with people, to taking care of homes and pets, my true goal and joy is making people feel at ease while they are away from home.
