I can effectively assist managing your estate while your out on business, travel, vacation or even while your at your estate. I have experience managing a full staff, yacht crew, scheduling,payroll,supervision, security, survelliance. I prefer a long term, live in position, but will NOT object to assist someone that needs my professional services for a brief period of time. For example, while an individual or family is taking vacation in Europe for several weeks or away on business travel in another state. Estate duties I perform frequently and have prior experience are as follows: Managing all aspects of your estate, supervise and manage full staff, and caring for pets:, training, bathing, walking, grooming (cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, horses). I will care and feed, water your plants, watering plants, general landscaping around your home. I speak some Spanish so I can communicate with other hired personnel if need be. I can take care of Housekeeping inside your residence, light cooking, taking care of fine china, crystal, glass ware, artwork, paintings, special linens, tapestrey, vases, wine cellar, fitness center, library, theatre, fitness center, grocery shopping, arranging your pantry, shelving, laundry, watering plants, upkeep patio, lawn furniture, servicing vehicles, aircraft arrangement, ground transportation, chauffeurs, yacht, security personnel, assistants, well as perform Executive Administrative Assistant duties. I have very advanced computer hardware and software skills, familiar using smart home technology systems, surveillance and security systems. I have worked in professional careers at some of the the most technically advanced companies in the world on protype and research design. Type 80wpm. Highly educated. Two advanced degrees B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara. I have worked for Computer Technology/IT companies such as Intel Corporation, Google and Apple as a Business Analyst, UX User Experience Design Researcher and Estate Manager for top executives.
