House Sitter in Lincoln City, Oregon

I am a widow with no pets. I am looking for a long term live-in arrangement, i.e. (through the winter months, or for however long my service is required. I have many years experience as an innkeeper, property manager and have held an interesting variety of jobs which include traffic control for the Union Pacific RR, and as an auditor of fossil and nuclear fuel generators for Siemens/Westinghouse. I am very detail oriented. I am above average on identifying and responding to maintenance issues and very much enjoy gardening. I was married for 35 years to my husband until his passing in 2010. I am looking for a position taking care of a small to medium property on the Oregon coast, preferably in Lincoln City. I lived there for many years and am accustomed to the weather. I am retired with an income that takes very good care of me, so have no need to work outside.
