House Sitter in Cape Coral, Florida

My husband is a retired industrial arts teacher who also runs his own construction and remodeling/handyman business. He is SO skilled in SO many areas. I am an artist with work in both Missouri and Hawaii art galleries - I am skilled in portraits and murals, etc., and I love animals and plants. For the past 6 years or so, we would go to Hawaii and rent a condo where my husband was in great demand for his remodeling and handyman work. This year, though, we thought it would be great to spend some time in Florida. We would consider just housesitting or possibly even remodeling your house or condo for you while you are gone. We would consider a week or even an extended stay, but not past spring. We are both extremely clean and conscientious, nonsmokers and just appreciate nature and - a warm winter! We have a beautiful home with acreage in Missouri, so we understand how you want your property to be cared for. You would not regret the decision to have us take care of your home and pets. When we go to Hawaii, we are always offered great deals on condos by the locals because they know that we will take good care of their unit.
