House Sitter in St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Hello, my name is Morgan Fletcher and I'm studying to become a Physical therapist Assistant at the University of Oklahoma and eventually working towards receiving my Doctorate as Physical Therapist. During the winters I have a month off to house sit for a short period and during the summers I am able to house sit from May 16-August 20. I'm taking online classes during the summer and winter periods and house sitting would be perfect for my schedule. I'm 21 and interestingly my family own's rents houses. Growing up me and my Dad have been fixing them up since I was little. From mowing the yard to laying concrete, building balcony's, roofing, plumbing-digging up septic tanks and patching leaks, fixing electrical issues inside, taking apart air conditioner units and putting them back together and finally painting walls. Whatever you need to be done I can do. I can conduct conduct necessary business transactions during temporary absence of owner, renter, or other occupant and will monitor entrances to property and secures locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. I'll also will be willing to answer the tele and doorbell, take care of messages, and forwards information to employer as requested. Forwarding or filing mail and paying current bills from designated funds and making deposits to accounts is A okay with me. Cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting the house, using a vacuum cleaner and other housecleaning aids to keep the house spotless is something that surely will done. Also, if you have any pets or plants I will be able to take care of them. Something that also is interesting, I've owned a small landscaping company, for mowing, building gardens, putting in fences and french drains. If you need any of this done let me know, I can do it. A little more about me is that now I work for a supreme golf course in Tulsa named Southern Hills. It is extremely private and is the number 31 course in the United States. Built in 1936, and holds PGA Championship tournaments, which in 2001 Tiger Woods won at and in 3 years we are holding the Senior open out at the course. I'm a caddie, and customer service employee for the country club for the golf course side of things. I also was a lifeguard we're I was taught to take care of pool chemicals and cleaning the pool and saving kids. So if you have a pool I will be able to service chemicals and clean it. As a caddie, I help with coaching side of things and tend to all members needs as for golf swings, to help finding the ball and telling them where they should aim. Lastly, something that is also intriguing is I'm training for an Ironman Triathlon. I'm ambitious and whatever you need to be done I can do.
