I am comfortable doing any maintenance including, pool maintenance, HVAC, lawn maintenance, and laundry as well as any other repairs as needed, no work would be done without prior approval of owner . I have personal transportation available. I have house sit many times before. Will travel up to 200 miles from Home travel expense negotiable!
Commercial Vehicle License Class A will move and or sit for your RV or Travel Trailer as well!!
