I am an exceptionally honest, very, healthy, sensible, able, agile, strong, kind, astute, absolutely non- partying young senior- educated, articulate, clean, very " civilized"- decades a home amd property care professional in addition to several other occupations retail sales to gourmet food cooking, service, -( I am now a healthy," " mostly"vegetarian)- and I love good, clean, fun, food, people, music, art and design. I deliver excellence-have excellent references, from pet care, to thorough, professional housekeeping, which, as your housesitter, could include furniture treatments; minor - (as necessary) - home repairs; and safe, sensible, household management - (mail collection to safe operation of utilities and all appliances as the stove, dryer, water heaters, air conditioners, alarm systems, pool pumps,etc. I am also, as for several very busy years, had been a South Florida luxury yachting professional- deck and interior- ( power mostly but also sail)- and so I may very professionally safely, maintain a boat. And I also have significant horse and barn care, experience. Services And Training: I have been a home, boat, property care professional for over 15 years, and also experience with property watching, pet and animal care, and bird and fish feeding, care and tank cleaning..
