My husband and I are newly (early) retired professionals and are considering relocating to central to northern, coastal CA. We are hoping to find someone who is looking for a house sitter in exchange for a place for us to stay for 1 to 2 weeks this summer or fall. We are both non-smokers who are healthy, active, neat, and responsible and would be able to take care of plants/gardens and small animals (dogs, birds, hamsters, etc.). We are both also animal-lovers, however I am allergic to cats. If you have outside cats that require daily feeding, that would not be a problem, but unfortunately I am unable to stay in a home with indoor cats.
