House Sitter in Yuma, Arizona

My name is Samantha. I am interviewing for opportunities as a house sitter, pet sitter, or farm caretaker in Yuma, Arizona during the 2018/201... fall/winter months. I am a self employed equestrian professional and own a large horse farm in northern Idaho where I am hands-on in all aspects of property maintenance, including animal care and gardening along with all administrative, book keeping, website upkeep, etc . My elementary age son and I spend our winters based in Yuma (I've been based there for the last 15 winters.) This year, we've downsized and are not taking our own animals south, so we are seeking opportunities to house/farm/animal sit in between our travels for my work (I teach throughout the US) and our world travels. My availability to house sit is flexible. I have an eye for detail and a respect for other people entrusting their home and animals under my care. I communicate for a living and like to keep home owners updated while away on their journeys to ease any concerns.
