House Sitter in Commerce City, Colorado

Who I Am: Hello my name is Brady. I am interviewing for a house and plant sitter placement in, and around, Commerce City, Colorado. I aim to utilize my skill as a House and Plant Sitter. I have Thursday and Friday's available right now, but depending on the assignment I may have more availability. I enjoy taking care of plants and have quite the garden/yard back home where I lived before moving to Colorado. Description of Skills: I can take care of property watching, pet (as long as they're well-mannered) and plant care, and snow clearing. I can also make sure your garbage and recycling get taken out and cleared on the appropriate days. Booking An Appointment: Send me a text or email describing your needs and I'll get back to you ASAP! I work full-time, from 4:30am-1pm. If I haven't gotten back to you it's because i haven't seen your message yet due to work. I know my rate says a daily of $50 bucks but I'm not trying to be overpaid. If your place is closer to me and easy to get to i wouldn't mind going lower. (They made me put $10.6/hr because it's minimum wage). I'm just trying to make some extra cash, so feel free to talk with me about price. For the houses closer to the mountains, it's a little drive for me to get to, so I don't want to lose more money in gas. Longer stays might make it ok though, just message me and we'll work out the kinks :)
