Hi my name is Kristie and I am looking for new house sitting opportunities. I have been doing this part-time for the last five years serving the same three family's. Sadly, two of them have passed away and I have decided to do this full-time. I have performed many kinds of tasks and will treat your home as if it were my own. I must warn you that I am a bit of a clean freak and will clean unless I'm told otherwise. I live close to The Villages so if you live in Lake or Sumter counties I'm your gal. Aside from being a homeowner, I have managed a plant nursery, landscaping business, pool store, home warranty department, and worked for an electrical contractor. I feel I have the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to oversee and protect your assets while you are away. Services Drop-In's include but not limited to: pick up news papers, mail, water indoor/outdoor plants, check on pets, pick up deliveries, and whatever else you need. Overnight stays Property management for seasonal residents or out of town for 30 or more days: I will check your residence or property for water leaks, security issues, and storm damage. I will ensure that sprinkler systems and pool pumps are working properly, and if applicable, that livestock are alive and well. I can make sure your residence is ready for your return or to welcome your guests by shopping for food, turning on A/C, providing clean linens, ect.
