Nice to meet you! My name is Jim, and I am a dedicated freelance house and petsitter in Oneonta. I am currently a semi-retired writer/historian specializing in local railroads, and during the operating season I serve as Office Manager for the Cooperstown and Charlotte Valley Train Ride.
I am an animal lover and also have a broad knowledge of household systems derived from decades of handyman work. I am punctual, highly organized and take great pride in my work.
During 2015 - 2... I spent numerous weekends house-sitting for a close friend and associate while he was out of town on business trips, and from 2013 - 2... I maintained the Oneonta home owned by a friend on Long Island.
