Hello, I was an at-home-mom for 6 1/2 years to two amazing and rambunctious children, and a wonderful standard poodle. Once both of my kids were in school, I worked from home so that I could always be around when they needed me. I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your home and your pet(s) in the care of a stranger, which is why I will always treat your home and/or pet like my own. I'm responsible, honest, tidy, intelligent and kind, and I love animals. There has never been a time in my life when I didn't have the company of at least one furry/feathered/hairy/scaly/swimming creature. My children are almost grown now, and having a pet is even more important to me, because I enjoy having someone besides myself to take care of. Housesitting and petsitting give me the chance to work flexible hours, to travel, and to do one of the handful of things I do best, and that make me happiest - helping someone else.
