Looking for win-win. Watch the house, walk it, check it even tho you did the day before. Love little animals and can watch over them and keep your set schedule. The win part is I am commuting between Miami and Boca. Staying over would work. No smoke, , alcohol. No late nights. Quiet very clean, if u come in unexpectedly things will be right. Worked on yachts yrs ago, will clean, cleaned yesterday. No men or guests. I'm straight but private. Worked on lux world cruise ships, with personality plus but left it on the deck. College educated in chemistry and nutrition new career as esthetician in Boca. If I overnight I will work more hours or a second job.
