House Sitter in Napa, California

(Contact info at Bottom) I am a Student at UC Davis living in Napa (Carneros region) through Christmas time. Formerly was a service/hospitality worker at the Carneros Inn Resort. I am willing to take on any workload you would like, from full house care to basic tasks that only require me to stop in once a day. I Have extensive experience with pets, light/extensive cleaning, organization, yardwork, indoor/outdoor plant care, errands, and labour. I will be able to ensure not only that your house and/or pets will be safe and taken care of, but also that your house and yard will be in prestine condition upon your return. Have experience with all sorts of gardening and basic yardwork; mowing, triming, vineyard maintenance, basic gardening, freeze prevention, and irrigation system upkeep (you may need to explain your system to me). Experience with caring for and cleaning up after; dogs, cats, rodents/small animals, birds, snakes, chickens, and other outside animals. I additionally have experience in cleaning from dusting and vacuming to bleaching and polishing. Ready and willing also to perform upkeep/ cleaning on ovens, fridges, and other household appliances and electronics. I also have the energy, physical capacity, and knowledge to perform tasks you need done in or outside of the house. i.e. Cutting down and removing heavy foliage or trees from property, Moving and/or organazing loft/ basement storage, basic car upkeep, and any other task labor oriented or not that you would like completed alongside my basic duties. Inclusion of such tasks will be considered in final pay/ wage, either combined with normal duties or handled seperatly at your discresion. Go on and enjoy yourself on your vacation, I assure you if left in my care you will return to a house in better condition than when you left it. Additonally if you see fit to leave me with any additional tasks I offer you a full guarentee of their satisfactory completion by the time of your return home. Available for Housekeeping in Napa, Sonoma, American Canyon, Yountville, and all surrounding areas. Maximum extent I will consider will be Glenn Ellen, Petaluma, Novato, St.Helena, Fairfield, and Benicia. Transportation costs will be considered if not in general vicinity of Napa/ Carneros region.
