House Sitter in Tampa, Florida

I am a professional woman who moved to Florida from Washington, DC/New York 2 years ago. I work for a Fortune 25 company with a significant presence in Tampa. I am available September 15th, 2017 - April 2018 to housesit. I have been housesitting for a family in Clearwater for the past 6 months and have enjoyed it tremendously! I have extremely good references. While housesitting, I live on site and take care of the home and keep an eye on pets versus visiting each day. I am available September 15, 2017, until March of 2018. My background is extremely clean and I have excellent references which include federal law enforcement, government, military and local residents. I am very responsible and will care for your home as if it were my own. I love animals and am very good with them as well. I am happy to take care of your pets and provide progress reports/pictures each day to make you feel comfortable. If you need a professional, trustworthy, individual that you can trust in your home I am a good choice. I live on-site during the time I house-sit and send a progress report each day and keep an eye on things for the owners. I am an executive with a wonderful job (no travel) but not a good choice if you want someone to be onsite all day with your pet. I am a good choice if you want someone extremely trustworthy & responsible to look after your home and or pets while you are away. I am happy to forfeit payment in exchange for living on site full time. I am also willing to pay you at a reduced rate of rent (if that makes sense) for an exchange of services with a well-structured contract outlining this agreement and your expectations. My services are strictly limited to keeping an eye on your home or pets while you are not there and nothing more. Sadly,..this needs to be said,...no requests for personal services beyond house sitting. All the best! Wren
