I just turned 58, and I'm clean, trustworthy and reliable. Plus, January in Oregon lasts nine weeks, so I want to be a snowbird! I have no plan for Christmas and beyond and would be flexible on dates. My big concern is fragrances; I am chemically sensitive, so couldn't stay in a home with air-fresheners or plug-ins. Your home will be cleaner than you left it, and your plants/pets will be happy.
