... as long as you have internet. As a freelance copywriter, all I need is a laptop (I provide), a cell phone (again, on me), and some Wi-Fi. I'm a longtime backpacker, having spent nine full years in Asia at one point in my life. I just finished a job where I served as Airport Manager at a golf resort in the middle of nowhere. Great job, but very immobile, as the airport required 24/7 on-call duty. I left because my freelance copywriting business is now producing. Which means my life can become mobile again. I don't know how this will all shake out, but I love the idea of house-sitting, and especially pet-sitting. I've always loved animals more than people, and would love this aspect of house-sitting. I've had pets in the past, and always cared for them much better than I did for myself. I'm extremely responsible, and have references that can testify to that. I'm also very personable, with a nice, even temperament. You can be sure that I will care for your pets and house just as diligently as you do yourself. I don't (as of yet) have any house-sitting experience, except for my folks, who are also extensive travelers. When they had pets, I routinely lived in their house while they spent weeks or months away. And I would add, that they are probably more demanding, and fastidious, than just about any other people I know. If I can satisfy their stringent requirements, I'm sure I can satisfy yours.
