House Sitter in New York, New York

I'm an Australian freelance writer enjoying NYC for a few months and hoping to start a dog walking business here in the coming new year. I'm friendly, outgoing and excited about spending time with your pets :) I've grown up with a menagerie of pets, and I've always had a furry (or feathery!) buddy with me in life. I've completed a dog first aid course in Australia, and I've been to many dog behavioural training courses since I got my current dog as a puppy- 3 years ago. I believe in positive reinforcement training and rewarding good behaviour with lots of love, and treats! I'm incredibly clean and respectful of your personal space, and I'm going to make a great friend to your pets. I know leaving your pets while you're away can be daunting, and I'll do everything I can to ensure they're healthy, happy and loved in your absence. And I'll be in as much constant contact as you need to feel happy and comfortable that they're being loved and looked after. I want to experience everything New York has to offer, but I want to do it like a local, and not a tourist. I'm also here to set up a dog walking and pet sitting business for the new year, and I miss my dog desperately and would love to meet as many furry friends as I possibly can.
