House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

My fiance and I have spent the past 6months house sitting in the Caribbean, a four bedroom villa with gardens and pool and one large dog. We found it to be a fantastic experience, allowing us to settle in to our surroundings and have a home to call and treat with the respect that we would our own house. We aren't looking for something long term we are in Miami for a layover from 7th-11th of January and have today been let down by a house sit job due to change of plans. We're both exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet, non-smokers and are very house proud and your home would be treated with the upmost care and organisation. We have experience caring for cats and dogs, I am a full time equestrian trainer, so horses too! We can contribute towards bills such as wifi and electricity etc. should that be required and are more than happy to carry out small tasks like mail, feeding plants and so on. We're both great communicators and kept in touch with previous home owners whom we have house-sitted for regularly and vice versa. He lived with us for a short period of time and it was really nice to meet him and go out for something to eat and drink during the hurricane! Would love to find someone who perhaps works out of town a lot or is away for periods of time and wants peace of mind in their home. We are extremely respectful of space, privacy and decency.
