About Me: Nice to meet you! My name is Nathan. I am searching for a caretaker opportunity in Salt Lake City area. I have experience in the hospitality industry and I am a full-time police officer. I will oversee your home's security, cleanliness and functionality. I will take care of pets, mail, and lawns. I am happy to discuss anything else you may need. I am not looking for a salary here. I am willing to trade these services in exchange for a single room to stay in (usually at night.) Description of Skills: I will take care of pool maintenance, lawn maintenance, basic house cleaning, trash, pet feeding, etc. I have personal transportation available and am willing to help you get to and from the airport if needed. With respect to prior qualifications, I have experience as a limo driver and I have house sat for others before. I am certainly no stranger to house cleaning. By staying at your home at night I will provide armed security watching over your house and belongings. (I have also been doing martial arts since I was 16 years old.)
